This week the Roadrunners are taking their spring assessments. Make sure that your children are well rested with a tummy full of breakfast. Let's give them every opportunity to succeed. Please do your best to arrive on time this week. 

The Science Fair is next Thursday at 6:30 across the street at Montgomery Park. Be prepared to take home your students science boards at the conclusion of the Science Fair. No Miatas, No excuses! Mr. Dougherty turns purple and breaks out in marshmallow hives when students leave them behind.

Be sure to ask your student about Roadrunnerville. We made a map of a town to aide us in our discoveries of neighborhoods, community and map reading. They were all very excited to place their homes on Roadrunner Road and Dolphin Drive. Feel free to come take a peek at our class map, with your student, the next time you have a chance. Enjoy the rest of your February 29th, you won't see it again until 2016, the date of my next blog entry.
